A Community Built on Martial Arts

Established in 1997, Markham Taekwondo Academy is located at Markham Rd. and Bur Oak Ave., offering a 4,000 sq/ft facility with the latest in training equipment. We're open 6 days a week and serve students of all ages and skill levels.

MTA specializes in both WTF (Olympic style) and traditional Taekwondo, and also offers self-defense classes and other martial arts programs — suited for recreational practitioners and high-performance athletes alike.
